I just got back from the Jones Beach Breast Cancer Walk 2023, and it was such a powerful practice. Who else participated, and what were your thoughts?
I was there too! The atmosphere was extraordinary, with so much support and love in the community. It's inspiring to see absolutely everyone come together for such an essential result in.
I couldn't make it this year, but I've gone in the past. The stories shared are invariably touching. Did they have any speakers or survivors sharing their journeys this year?
Yes! There were a few speakers who shared their individual stories, and it was really relocating. It's a reminder of why we walk and raise funds for analysis and assist services.
That's amazing! I love how these events not only raise awareness but also supply a area for people to connect. Did you observe any new activities or functions this year?
They had some new booths for local organizations giving resources, plus a photo booth for memories! It exactly added to the overall experience.
