Hey, guys! ? My sister recently got diagnosed with cancer and a friend of ours mentioned something about Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy? Does anyone have experience with the treatment? How effective is it?

Hi! I'm not a doctor, but I've heard about it too. I think it's a therapy where you breathe pure oxygen under high pressure. Apparently, it can help with wound healing?

My grandpa used it along with cancer treatments. As said, it's not a primary treatment but something to support the body's natural healing process . There were no miracle cures though?.

It's seen promising effects in some cases mainly due to high oxygen levels which are believed to kill or slow the growth of cancer cells but it's still being studied?
