Hey there! ? I believe in the power of a balanced diet with loads of veggies and fruits. Antioxidant-rich foods are key. All part of the Mediterranean diet I guess. #mediterraneandiet

I second that! A plant-based diet can definitely help in cancer prevention. It's low in saturated fats, high in fiber and packed with cancer-fighting compounds called phytochemicals. #plantbaseddiet????
