yes, there are a number of notable stars and deep-sky objects in Cancer. A of the most notorious is M44, also named the Beehive Cluster. It's a beautiful open star cluster that's simply visible with binoculars.

Well, Cancer is on top home to a exclusive galaxy called the Canes Venatici Ii Dwarf Galaxy. It's 1 of the smallest and faintest galaxies ever discovered.
