Identifying Early Signs of Lung Cancer

hi everybody, I've been experiencing any unusual symptoms lately, like persistent coughing and shortness of breath. I'm starting up to be worried it could be related to something serious like lung cancer. Can anybody share insights on the early signs of lung cancer?
