What are the Symptoms of Belly Button Cancer?

I did a bit of research on this recently just because I was experiencing any unusual symptoms around my belly button area. From what I found, symptoms can include adjustments in the appearance of the belly button, like unusual discharge, bleeding, or a lump that doesn't go away. Has anyone knowledgeable anything like that?
