Can a blood test Accurately Detect Lymphoma Cancer?

I've heard that blood tests can be useful for monitoring the progression of lymphoma in patients who have already been diagnosed. They can help doctors monitor changes in blood cell counts or stages of specified proteins that can indicate how the disease is responding to remedy. but as for initial detection, they're not usually sufficient on their possess.
