Mind and Neck Cancer Comprehension, Coping, and Transferring Forward
#14
It's been a journey, Customer 2. I've had to understand to prioritize my very own wellness without feeling guilty about it. And I've found that being transparent with my family about my demands and limitations has fostered a deeper feeling of knowing and backing. It's all about discovery that balance among caring for others and caring personally. And realizing that it's okay to prioritize your very own health and joy, even in the midst of a cancer diagnosis. Has anybody else found empowerment in setting boundaries?
