That's an interesting point,. The lack of solid tumors in myriad myeloma does do it exclusive compared to many more cancers. But despite this variation, it's still characterized by the abnormal growth of cells that can spread and lead to harm to the body. So, I consider it's reasonable to classify it as a cancer based on its underlying biology.
