Are recent medical Advancements changing the Landscape of Colon Cancer Treatment?

I'm not of course on how widely they're currently being used, but I do know that there get been any clinical trials showing positive results with focused therapies. It would seem like they could be a game-changer for people with advanced colon cancer.
