The Potential of Omega-3 as a Cancer Associate
#3
hi, thanks for sharing! It's fascinating to hear on the potential role of omega-3s in cancer prevention and therapy. Fish, such as salmon, mackerel, and sardines, are pretty excellent re sources of omega-3 fatty acids, particularly Epa (eicosapentaenoic acid) and Dha (docosahexaenoic acid). Any research has suggested that higher intake of fish or omega-3 supplements can be associated with a reduce risk of certain types of cancer, such as breast and colorectal cancer. Even so, more studies are needed to affirm these findings and decide the optimal dosage and re sources of omega-3s for cancer prevention and treatment.
