Can Cancer be Detected in a Cbc?

Hey absolutely everyone, I've been doing some study lately about cancer detection methods, and I came across something interesting. Can cancer actually be detected through a Cbc (complete Blood Count)? I'm curious to know if anyone has any insights on this.
