Knowing Oropharyngeal Cancer Causes, Symptoms, and treatment options

That's interesting,. I've on top read that symptoms of oropharyngeal cancer can include difficulty swallowing, persistent sore throat, ear pain, and a lump in the neck. but aren't those symptoms usual for other throat-related issues as well? How can somebody differentiate in between them?
