Hi everyone! I totally concur about exercise. I try to fit in at the very least 30 minutes of moderate exercise most days of the week. whether it's going for a walk, hitting the gym, or even just doing any yoga at house, staying active has turn a priority for me. Plus, it's a great solution to reduce stress , which is also critical for cancer prevention. How do you all stay motivated to exercise regularly?
