Altogether,. It's a tricky situation simply because, on a hand, we want to prioritize our well-being and minimize our exposure to potential carcinogens like aflatoxins. but on the more hand, nuts offer so several nutritional benefits that it's hard to imagine cutting them out completely. Is there a course to mitigate the risks while still enjoying the health benefits of nuts?
