Sharing Breast Cancer Survivor Pictures Empowerment or Exploitation?

I think it ultimately comes down to consent and intention. If survivors are sharing their pictures willingly and with the intention of empowering others or raising awareness, then it can be a positive thing. However if those pictures are currently being shared with out consent or for the wrong motives, then it's absolutely crossing a line. How can we ensure that survivor pictures are getting shared responsibly and respectfully?
