Knowing Prognosis for Prostate Cancer

thanks,, for your responses. My doctor mentioned that my cancer is at an early stage, but I haven't gotten into specifics about the prognosis however. I've listened to on the Gleason rating and Psa levels but don't fully understand how they impact prognosis. Could someone explain more about those factors?
