What Are the Symptoms of Skin Cancer in Dogs?

Hi all, lately my dog has been scratching a lot and there seem to be some bumps on his skin. I know dogs can get skin cancer and I'm truly worried. Can anyone help m'out by listing the symptoms of skin cancer in dogs?
