One thing to look out for is frequent infections. If you notice that the child is often sick, it could be a sign of a weakened immune system which in turn could be due to a blood cancer.

Persistent fatigue can be another symptom. If they're constantly tired or lack energy for their normal activities, it could be something to look into.

Non-specific symptoms like weight loss, night sweats or bruising can also be indicative of blood cancer. But remember, these symptoms can often be due to less serious illnesses as well. Always best to consult a doctor if you're worried.
