One thing to look out for is frequent infections. If you notice that the child is often sick, it could be a sign of a weakened immune system which in turn could be due to a blood cancer.

Persistent fatigue can be another symptom. If they're constantly tired or lack energy for their normal activities, it could be something to look into.
