Hey Customer 1, tumor markers are substances that are produced by cancer cells or by the body in response to cancer. They can be detected in blood, urine, or tissue samples, and they give valuable details about the presence and progression of cancer.

another tumor marker that's often used for liver cancer is des-gamma-carboxy prothrombin (dcp), also named prothrombin induced by vitamin K absence-ii (pivka-ii). Similarto Afp, elevated stages of Dcp in the blood may advise the presence of liver cancer, particularly hepatocellular carcinoma (hcc).
