Hi, I had thyroid surgery for Ptc about two years ago. I won't lie, the recovery method was difficult, mainly changing to living without a thyroid gland and managing hormone stages. but with period and support from my medical team and cherished ones, I started feeling like myself again. Only keep in mind to take it one day at a time and be patient with yourself.

Hello absolutely everyone, I'm a caregiver for somebody going through Ptc treatment. I only wanted to say how important it is for caregivers to also look for support and take care of themselves for the duration of this journey. It can be emotionally and physically draining, however knowing that you're not solo and that there are sources available can do a big difference.
