Hey Customer one, that's a really good question. Pi-rads stands for Prostate Imaging Reporting and Information system, and it's a scoring system employed to interpret the results of prostate Mri scans. Pi-rads 4 suggests a suspicious lesion that has a moderate to high likelihood of currently being cancerous, but it doesn't always imply the cancer has progressed to stage 4.

Customer a, when a suspicious lesion is identified with a Pi-rads 4 rating, further diagnostic tests such as biopsy may be recommended to verify the presence of cancer and determine its aggressiveness. treatment choices will depend on different factors including the cancer stage, Gleason score, and total well-being of the patient.
