I'm really sorry to hear about your friend,. Bone cancer is a challenging detection to get. From what I understand, the prognosis for bone cancer can fluctuate dependingon factors like the type and step of the cancer. Some types of bone cancer are more treatable than others, but I'm not positive if it's ever fully curable. Does any person have more specific information on this?

I'm not a medical skilled, but I've read that the prognosis for bone cancer has improved on the years with advancements in treatment choices like surgical treatment, chemotherapy, and radiation therapy. While total cure may well not always be attainable, any patients do go into remission and lead relatively run-of-the-mill lives. It exactly depends on the personal case.

My uncle was diagnosed with bone cancer a few years ago. It was a challenging moment for our family, but he underwent surgery followed by chemotherapy, and thankfully, he's been in remission meantime now. It was a long and tough journey, but seeing him healthy and happy again has been these kinds of a relief.
