Hi absolutely everyone, I'm currently undergoing radiation therapy for breast cancer, and I'm feeling amazingly stressed out. Does any person have any advice on how to manage stress throughout this treatment?

Thank you all for your recommendations. I've tried some deep breathing exercises, and they do help a little bit, but I believe I'll see into finding a support group. It's comforting to know that there are people out there who understand what I'm likely by way of.

Definitely, backing groups can be extremely helpful. I found much comfort in talking to others who were going through related experiences. Only remember to just take things one day at a moment and be type to yourself.
