Is multiple Myeloma Really Cancerous?

Hey everyone, I've been doing any study on numerous myeloma lately, and I'm curious about some thing. Is it officially considered a type of cancer? I've heard conflicting opinions on this.

That's an interesting point,. The lack of solid tumors in myriad myeloma does do it exclusive compared to many more cancers. But despite this variation, it's still characterized by the abnormal growth of cells that can spread and lead to harm to the body. So, I consider it's reasonable to classify it as a cancer based on its underlying biology.
