I've volunteered with a few childhood cancer charities, and I can say that any are exceptionally transparent on where their funds go. However, there's invariably room for growth. Do you think stricter regulations are needed to ensure that donations are currently being used effectively?

I've listened to stories of families who have struggled to access the backing they need outside the house of medical treatment. It seems like there's a disconnect in between the health care side of childhood cancer care and the holistic support that families require. How can charities span this gap?

I couldn't concur more,. Advocacy and support are important in making a difference in the lives of those children and their families. But it's also essential to hold charities accountable for their actions. How can we, as a community, assure that those organizations are continually striving to increase their services?
