I've done a little bit of digging into this problem, and it seems like one of the main concerns is aflatoxins, which are simply occurring toxins produced by certain molds that can grow on nuts, especially peanuts. These toxins have been linked to liver cancer and other well-being problems in some studies. But does that mean we need to avoid all nuts, or are any safer than others?

I've invariably been partial to peanuts, but if they're more prone to that contains these aflatoxins, possibly I should reconsider. but then again, I've on top read on the potential well-being benefits of peanuts, like their high levels of antioxidants and other nutrients. It's like trying to balance the risks and benefits.

Is there a course to mitigate the risks while still enjoying the health benefits of nuts?
